Position Summary
The VP Transportation Marketing & Operations will manage all activities for upstream transportation of crude oil and oilfield service.

Position Functions
Manage everyday costs associated with crude oil transportation and oilfield services
Ensure customer development by developing and maintaining a customer base
Research and monitor competitors rates to apply competitive service charges to insure profitability
Insure uninterrupted services to customers by directing and coordinating the fleet maintenance program
Will manage 5 direct reports
Company owns approximately 200 trucks in 4 main locations; TX, OK, KS and CO

Background Profile
12+ years experience in transportation management operations in a leadership role
Ability to handle tight deadlines and a constantly changing environment
Proficient communication skills, along with the ability to plan in detail
Working knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations
General computer and office software knowledge
