Experienced manager with strong production skills to oversee plant production for $15MM division of $600MM company. Ideal experience in metal fabrication with knowledge of laser cutting, bending and welding. Must have strong coaching skills. Will be responsible for quality and safety training. Must be highly organized and have a thorough understanding of "blue collar" worker mentality. 1st shift position, approximately 6:45AM to 4:30PM.
