DescriptionExcellent Opportunity for a Lean Continuous Improvement Expert in CA and PA. The successful candidates will lead the Lean effort at twelve distribution centers. He/She will have five Master Black Belt direct reports and is expected to be a hands-on Manager. The successful candidate will come from a distribution, logistics or manufacturing background and skills to managing in a Unionize environment. They must have heavy manufacturing in their background, such as Automotive or Steel. They should have some Manufacturing Operations in their background such as; Production Manager.
